The one-day fixed price covers a rectangular premium pine deck up to 5.5m × 3.4m (~18.7 m²), sitting 200mm–1000mm off the ground, no steps, fixed with stainless steel decking screws. Want it bigger, higher, in hardwood, or with steps? We'll still build it — just ask for a tailored quote.

A 10-year structural guarantee on your deck's frame and foundations, plus a 5-year workmanship guarantee (2 years on the economical Functional build). We stand behind our work.

If something's not right, just tell us — we come back and put it right at no charge.
For 5 years from the day your deck is completed (2 years on the economical Functional build), if any part of our workmanship — the framing, the fixings, or how the decking is laid — fails under normal use, we come back and put it right at no charge to you.
On top of that, the deck's structure — the piles, bearers and joists that hold it up — is backed by a 10-year structural guarantee. If the structure fails under normal use within that time, we put it right.
What it doesn't cover: the natural weathering and movement of timber (it silvers, and expands and contracts with the weather — that's normal, not a fault); damage from misuse, neglect or alterations made by others; and faults in materials that carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
How to claim: just call or email us with a photo of the problem — we'll come and sort it.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which always apply and can't be reduced. The full written terms are confirmed in your quote before any work begins.

A 50% deposit locks in your Saturday and covers your materials. The balance is due once your deck's finished and you're happy.
If your build is a month or more away, a 1% deposit is all it takes to hold your spot — the 50% is due closer to the day.
